Weekly deposit of $300 is required to hold your cabin rental(s). If you reserve cabin #11 or #12 the deposit is $600. Deposits are non-refundable at anytime and are credited to the last day of your reservation. You will be charged for the full amount of the number of days in which you reserve.

If you should find it necessary to cancel your stay, notify us immediately. Deposit may transfer to another month within the same season you have made your reservation. Cancellations within 30 days will be billed for the full amount of your stay, unless we have filled your vacancy. Deposits are non-refundable at anytime.

Damages:

Please check your unit and notify the office of any problems immediately.

Your credit card could be used as compensation for any of the following reasons:
*not returning furniture (indoor or out) to its original location before you leave.
*smoking in cabin(s)
*pets in any unit or pet related in policy
*Leaving your unity excessively filthy and not cleaned
*missing items, breakage or damages

There is a minimum of a 3 night stay when renting at Sand Bay Resort.

All rates are subject to change at anytime.

Extra visitors are $25.00/day/person or $125/person/week. This is the same for extra people in cabin.

Pets are allowed only in Cabin 9 and grounds only. For more details on our pet policy click here.
